By Road:
Liktse is accessible via rugged mountain tracks from Nyoma or Mahe. A 4×4 vehicle is strongly recommended, and traveling with a local guide or experienced driver is advised due to challenging terrain and remote location.

Permits:
An Inner Line Permit (ILP) is required for both Indian and foreign nationals, as the village is situated near a sensitive border area. All necessary permits should be secured in Leh before starting the journey.
